Which size shirt should I order?
Measurements for all of our garments are provided in a sizing chart on the details page for each item. Be advised that all of our garments are a slimmer cut and softer fabric than a standard athletic tee. If you have any additional questions about fit, please email email@example.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of direct payment from our site. We also have an option to use PayPal to complete payment for your order. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order. However, if you do have a PayPal account, payment can be sent directly from your account.
How fast will I receive my order?
You should typically receive your order within 4-7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we try to turnaround your order in a timely manner, it might be difficult to catch the changes before your items are shipped. If you have a change, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.
Will my shirt shrink?
We do not generally sell garments that are pre-washed or pre-shrunk, so a small amount of shrinkage is to be expected. However, following the wash instructions on the garment tag will prevent most shrinkage.
What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 15 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, simply email email@example.com and request an item return form. Please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by Brewheart Apparel.
